Account and Bonus Rules

Below are the main rules that apply to every MonsterWin profile.

Age and profiles

You need to be at least 18. Each person may hold a single profile. Sign-in works with an email or a phone number; passwords need 9+ characters including upper case, lower case and a number.

Offers

• One active offer at a time.
• Welcome offer: deposit plus bonus wagered x35 within 10 days; spin winnings x40.
• Stake cap while an offer runs: A$150 per bet.
• Neteller and Skrill top-ups are excluded from the welcome offer.
• An offer can be dropped in Profile; the bonus funds are then removed.

Cash-outs

Turn over each deposit once (x1) before withdrawing it. Allow 1–5 working days. Identity papers may be requested in your profile.

Devices

A login from a second device closes the session running on the first.
